Hi, I’m Susan. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Virginia. I believe everyone deserves close and caring relationships. That’s why I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected. Many of the people I meet are coping with grief or parenting struggles, and I’m here to support them.

I have many years of experience as a counselor. I use simple, proven methods that fit each person’s needs. With these tools, you can heal old hurts. You can feel more calm in daily life. You can also build closer connections with the people who matter most. Some tools help you understand yourself better. Others ease the pain of hard memories. And some focus on helping couples feel close again.

My goal is to be present with you and walk alongside you in the healing process. Many of my clients leave therapy with a deeper sense of their needs and feelings. This makes it easier for them to connect with others in a safe and caring way.

More About Sasha

Hi, I’m Sasha! I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected and supported in their relationships. Many of the people I see are part of military life and face the stress of deployment or coming back together after time apart. Others are caring for a partner with a history of trauma. I also help people facing the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum depression.

These struggles can bring up painful emotions and create distance in relationships. Sometimes partners get stuck in how they talk with each other. When this happens, both may feel unheard or misunderstood. My goal is to help you move past these patterns so you can find mutual understanding and feel closer again.

I believe we flourish in life and in relationships when we are our true, authentic selves. In counseling, I give you a safe space. You can share openly and feel understood. We then work on simple tools to help you talk and connect in healthier ways.
