FEES & INSURANCE: Our hourly fees are $125 for student interns, $175 for therapists, $225 for specialty certified therapists, and $425 for Dr. Elizabeth Polinsky. A regular weekly appointment is required. While we don’t take insurance, we can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Fairfax Office: Currently our in-person therapist in Fairfax is not accepting new clients. We are in the process of bringing on new in-person therapists in Fairfax. In the meantime, please consider working with one of our online therapists.
