More About Jeanne
I’m Jeanne, and I work with individuals, couples, and families to help get past misunderstandings in order to feel more connected again. Many of my clients start counseling because of struggles with ineffective communication. They often feel like they are saying the same thing over and over without getting anywhere. This can create a lot of frustration and lead both partners to feeling misunderstood and more disconnected.
While partners often know they love each other, they often can’t seem to figure out how to FEEL loved by each other. No matter how hard they try, it seems like they are talking past each other and not truly connecting. This can leave them feeling alone, isolated, and deep inside they may even wonder if they really matter to their partner.
Working with me involves a holistic, individualized approach–based on Emotionally Focused Therapy–to help couples communicate in ways that resonate, help them understand each other, and leave them feeling like a team. I’ll teach you practical tools so you can leave unproductive conversations feeling more deeply connected. Through our work together, you can experience greater harmony and satisfaction in your relationship again!

More About Tasia
Hi, I’m Tasia. I support individuals, couples, and families who are navigating challenges with intimacy and connection.
Many of my clients come to therapy navigating differences in sex drive—often leaving one partner feeling rejected and the other overwhelmed or “touched out.” When things aren’t working in the bedroom, that disconnection often spills into other areas of the relationship, creating tension and emotional distance.
Whether you’re adjusting to changes in sexuality after becoming parents, navigating menopause, healing from sexual trauma, or simply feeling like the spark has faded, you deserve support that’s grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I take a sex-positive, body-positive, and trauma-informed approach to help you reconnect—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Together, we’ll explore how to honor your sexual autonomy, deepen communication, and maximize your pleasure potential—while also prioritizing your mental health as a vital part of your sexual wellness.
Let’s help you feel seen, safe, and connected again—both with yourself and the ones you love.

More About Liz
I work with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns around sex and emotional connection — especially when trauma, military life, or high-stress caregiving roles have left them feeling more like roommates than intimate partners. Maybe one of you feels invisible or rejected, unsure how much longer you can go on like this. Maybe the other feels overwhelmed, shut down, or like intimacy just doesn’t feel safe anymore. Sometimes it’s easier to stay busy or keep the peace than to face how far apart you’ve grown.
I specialize in helping couples heal from the inside out — especially those navigating mismatched sexual desire, the impact of sexual trauma, or the emotional fallout of long separations and disconnection. Many of my clients have nervous systems that learned early on to go numb, panic, overfunction, or withdraw in order to stay safe. These survival strategies can deeply affect sexual and emotional intimacy — even in loving, committed relationships.
Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a deployment, recovering from an affair, working through problematic sexual behavior, or experiencing panic, shame, or shutdown during sex, I offer a trauma-informed, attachment-based space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach helps both partners feel seen and supported as they build safety, communicate more openly, and reconnect emotionally and physically.

I know how hard it can be to find time for counseling when your spouse’s military schedule is always changing. This is why I created The Communicate & Connect Podcast for Military Relationships so military couples can get science-backed relationship tips from experts who understand military life. Outside of work, I like making homemade wine, swing dancing with my husband, and binge-watching cheesy romance movies.
