More About Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia! I help military couples face the stress of deployment and find closeness again. I also guide them as they reconnect after being apart. You may feel distant, misunderstood, or stuck in arguments since the reunion.
Many couples I see have trouble talking after months apart. What once felt easy now feels hard. It may feel like you are walking on eggshells. You might also feel hurt or unsure how to rebuild trust. These struggles are common, and they can get better.
I use simple, proven methods that fit each couple. Together, we look at how deployment has shaped your relationship. We explore hidden feelings and practice tools to help you reconnect. In therapy, both partners can feel heard and supported. Step by step, we work to rebuild trust, closeness, and daily life together.
If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s begin together. Book a consult today to get started.
Outside the therapy office:
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me with my husband and our two dogs. We love hiking trails and checking out local farmers markets in the cities the military has brought us to. We’ve moved a lot, and while the packing can be tiring, I still enjoy the adventure.
I care about holistic healing and believe that a healthy mind is key to overall wellness. Whether I’m exploring a new town, trying out a new herbal tea, or spending time with my family, I do my best to take life one day at a time—and enjoy the fun along the way.

More About Jeanne
Hi, I’m Jeanne! I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to feel close again. Many people come to me because they feel stuck in the same arguments. You may feel like you keep saying the same things, but nothing changes. This can be frustrating and leave you feeling distant and misunderstood.
Couples often know they love each other, but they don’t always feel loved by each other. No matter how hard you try, it may feel like you are talking past one another. This can feel lonely, and you may even wonder if you still matter to your partner.
When you work with me, I take a caring and personal approach. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you and your partner talk in ways that bring you closer. I also share simple tools you can practice at home. These tools can help you move past stuck conversations and feel more connected. Together, we’ll work toward more peace, closeness, and joy in your relationship.
If you’re ready to feel closer, more understood, and more supported in your relationships, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Outside of therapy office:
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy the little things, watching HGTV or anything wedding-related, savoring the smell of rain, or finding a good TV show to binge with my partner. I love playing games with my kids, sitting outside on a breezy day, or just soaking in the quiet (introvert life!). I’m also a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who believes every person’s way of thinking, feeling, and connecting is worth celebrating.

More About Tasia
Hi, I’m Tasia. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want more closeness and connection.
Many of the people I see struggle with different levels of sexual desire. One partner may feel rejected. The other may feel tired, stressed, or “touched out.” When sex feels hard, it often affects other parts of the relationship. This can create frustration and distance.
You may be adjusting after becoming parents. You may be going through menopause. You may be healing from sexual trauma. Or you may feel like the spark has faded. Whatever the reason, you deserve care, respect, and support.
I take a sex-positive, body-positive, and trauma-informed approach to help you reconnect—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Together, we practice sharing your needs and talking more clearly. We also focus on making intimacy feel safe and fun again.
My goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and close—both with yourself and with the people you love. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s begin together. Book a consult today to get started.
Outside of the Therapy Office:
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and son, and finding new ways to connect with each other. One of our biggest passions is music. We love to write, sing, and collect records from our favorite recording artists. My son’s first vinyl was Daniel Caesars, “Freudian” album. It’s a staple in our house to keep a peaceful vibe or have a great a nap. Music is how we express ourselves.

More About Liz
HI, I’m Liz. I work with couples who feel stuck in painful cycles around sex and closeness. Military life, stress, or past trauma can make partners feel more like roommates than a couple. One partner may feel invisible or rejected. The other may feel shut down or like intimacy isn’t safe. Deep down, you may both long to feel wanted, accepted, and close again.
I help couples heal and reconnect. Many couples I see struggle with sexual desire, trauma, or the strain of time apart. One partner may want more sex, while the other wants less. Some carry deep pain from trauma. Others struggle with the stress of long separations, where reconnecting can feel awkward. Some people learn early in life to go numb, panic, or pull away to feel safe. These habits can make sex and closeness hard, even in caring relationships. But change is possible, even if it feels far away right now.
You may be coping with deployment. You may be healing after an affair or challenges with sexual behavior. Or you may feel panic or shame during sex. Whatever you face, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe and supportive place to work through these struggles together. In our work, both partners feel heard and cared for. We focus on building safety. We also practice better communication and rebuild closeness step by step.
If this feels like your story, I’d be honored to walk with you. Let’s take the first step toward healing—reach out today for a consult.
Outside of the Therapy Office:
Outside of work, I like making homemade wine, swing dancing with my husband, and binge-watching cheesy romance movies. I’m also a podcast host. As a military spouse from a dual military family, I know how hard it can be to find time for counseling when your spouse’s military schedule is always changing. This is why I created The Communicate & Connect Podcast for Military Relationships so military couples can get science-backed relationship tips from experts who understand military life.
