More About Palesa

Hi, I’m Palesa, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through emotional and relationship challenges. I support people who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, life changes, family conflict, or feeling disconnected from themselves or the people they care about. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, have difficulty communicating their needs, or feel emotionally exhausted from trying to handle everything on their own.

In our work together, I focus on creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and safe, allowing people to openly explore their experiences and emotions. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems approaches, and trauma-informed care, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to help clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, build emotional balance, and create healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.

Outside of therapy office:

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, and traveling, especially experiencing different cultures through food. One of my favorite things to do while traveling is learning how to cook traditional dishes and exploring the stories, traditions, and connections that food brings to people and families.

More About Tasia

Hi, I’m Tasia. I work with individuals and couples who want more closeness and connection.

Many of the people I see struggle with different levels of sexual desire. One partner may feel rejected. The other may feel tired, stressed, or “touched out.” When sex feels hard, it often affects other parts of the relationship. This can create frustration and distance.

You may be adjusting after becoming parents. You may be going through menopause. You may be healing from sexual trauma. Or you may feel like the spark has faded. Whatever the reason, you deserve care, respect, and support.

I take a sex-positive, body-positive, and trauma-informed approach to help you reconnect—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Together, we practice sharing your needs and talking more clearly. We also focus on making intimacy feel safe and fun again.

My goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and close—both with yourself and with the people you love. If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s begin together. Book a consult today to get started.

Outside of therapy office:

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and son, and finding new ways to connect with each other. One of our biggest passions is music. We love to write, sing, and collect records from our favorite recording artists. My son’s first vinyl was Daniel Caesars, “Freudian” album. It’s a staple in our house to keep a peaceful vibe or have a great a nap. Music is how we express ourselves.

More About Annie

Hi, I’m Annie. I work with individuals, couples, families, young adults, and teenagers who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in their relationships or personal lives. I believe relationships are one of the most important parts of life, but they can also feel stressful and difficult to manage at times. Many people feel misunderstood, lonely, or stuck in patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from the people they care about. Starting therapy can also feel intimidating, especially when you are already carrying a lot emotionally.

In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I use an emotionally focused approach that is tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. Along with Emotionally Focused Therapy, I also use CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, communication challenges, fertility struggles, and attachment wounds. My goal is to help clients build stronger relationships, improve communication, and feel more connected, confident, and supported in their daily lives.

Outside of therapy office:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love hiking, swimming, gardening, walking my two dogs, playing games, and eating outside on my porch. I was also a collegiate pole vaulter and an outdoor activity leader. I enjoy creating fun and adventurous moments in everyday life.

More About Liz

HI, I’m Liz. I work with couples who feel stuck in painful cycles around sex and closeness—especially when past sexual trauma makes intimacy feel confusing or unsafe. You may both love each other deeply, but still feel miles apart. One partner may long for more connection and feel unwanted. The other may feel pressure, panic, or shame that makes sex hard to approach. Deep down, both of you may be longing to feel safe, wanted, and close again.

I help couples heal from these struggles and find each other again. Many of the couples I see are dealing with sexual trauma, mismatched desire, or stress from military life. Some partners pull away or go numb during sex. Others shut down or feel rejected. These patterns can leave both of you hurting and unsure how to fix it. The good news is—change is possible, even if it feels out of reach right now.

In our work together, we slow down and create safety. Both partners get space to share their experience and feel understood. We talk openly about the fears, shame, or memories that show up in the bedroom. We practice better communication and rebuild closeness step by step.

If this feels like your story, you don’t have to face it alone. I’d be honored to walk with you as you heal and reconnect. Reach out today for a consult—let’s start the journey toward safety and intimacy together.

Outside of the Therapy Office:

Outside of work, I like making homemade wine, swing dancing with my husband, and binge-watching cheesy romance movies. I’m also a podcast host. As a  military spouse from a dual military family, I know how hard it can be to find time for counseling when your spouse’s military schedule is always changing. This is why I created The Communicate & Connect Podcast for Military Relationships so military couples can get science-backed relationship tips from experts who understand military life.
